2. Service description
Mara is an AI-powered voice assistant that places phone calls on behalf of the user — for example, to book cabs, salon appointments, dentist or therapist visits, and restaurant tables. You send a request via WhatsApp; Mara calls the business, negotiates and confirms the booking.
The service runs on a credit system: each task consumes a number of credits depending on the booking type. Every new user receives 4 free credits upon registration.
3. Account creation
Your account is created automatically when you first message Mara on WhatsApp. By using the service, you accept these terms and conditions.
4. Pricing and payment
The price per credit is 1.49 LEI (VAT included). Payment is processed online via Stripe. An electronic invoice is automatically issued via SmartBill with every top-up.
Prices may be updated, but changes do not affect credits already purchased.
5. Right of withdrawal — waiver
Under Art. 16(m) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), Mara credits constitute digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Performance of the service begins immediately after payment confirmation, with your explicit consent.
By completing the payment, you confirm that you agree to immediate service delivery and that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection legislation.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
All content and materials on this site — text, graphics, logos, images and software — are the property of WhiteCity Code SRL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, abusive or unauthorized purposes. Any attempts to compromise platform security will be reported to the competent authorities. We appreciate responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities at hola@soymara.eu.
8. Limitation of liability
Mara acts as an intermediary facilitating phone communication. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or outcome of bookings made by third parties (restaurants, salons, etc.).
WhiteCity Code SRL's liability is limited to the value of credits purchased by the user in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Alba Iulia, Alba county, without prejudice to consumers' right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
10. Alternative dispute resolution
As a consumer, you may file a complaint with ANPC (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) — anpc.ro.
You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. The updated version will be published on the site with the revision date. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
